DSHD-4508J Asphalt Ductility Tester

Function:

1)DSHD-4508J Asphalt Ductility Tester is designed and developed  as per the National Standard of People’s Republic of China GB/T4508 “Test Methods for Ductility of Petroleum Asphalt”, and T0605 “Asphalt Ductility Test” in the Industry Standard of People’s Republic of China JTJ052 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering.

2)DSHD-4508J Asphalt Ductility Tester is used  to determine the length of asphalt while the instrument is elongated to broken at a specified temperature and speed as per GB/T4508 and JTJ052-T0605 and is indicated by cm.

I. Main technical characteristics:

1. DSHD-4508J Asphalt Ductility Tester adopts human oriented design theories. There is no thread rod, guide rail, and other device in the test bath, so the instrument is easy  to install sample. 

2.DSHD-4508J Asphalt Ductility Tester adopts the latest design of driving part, so it is stable, synchronous, even and without any shake. The ductility values can be precisely displayed. The maximum elongation length is 1.0 meter.

3. DSHD-4508J Asphalt Ductility Tester adopts microcomputer controlling technologies. The test data can be automatically printed by a micro-printer. the instrument is equipped with RS232 port and it can communicate with a computer.

4.DSHD-4508J Asphalt Ductility Tester has a force measurement device,that  the instrument can determine force for one sample during ductility test.
